KIJCL is the official Journal of the University Library of Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University, Kano-Nigeria. It is a peer reviewed open access journal. It provides a platform for scholars to communicate cutting edge quality research in all areas of library and information science including but not limited to emerging areas of open access, open educational resources and open science. The Editorial Board of the journal invites prospective authors to submit papers for publication in its Maiden Edition. The journal is going to be published twice in a year, June and December.
